#Engage, Energize, & Educate
June 3rd - June 7th
Dear PVE Families,
On Monday evening 4th grade teacher Mrs. LaChapelle was recognized at the School Committee meeting on her upcoming retirement. Mrs. LaChapelle has touched the lives of countless students, colleagues, and parents. Mrs. LaChapelle has been an integral part of the Smithfield School District for 36 years! Congratulations on her upcoming retirement! Our doors will always be open for her to come back and visit or work as a substitute teacher!
Field Day was a HUGE success! A HUGE thank you to Mr. Marino and Mrs. Marques-Jordan, our fifth graders, staff, secretaries, substitute teachers, and our countless volunteers.
Last, thank you to parent volunteers Deb Bettencourt and Amanda Montalbano for inventorying the rest of our science kits today.
