Dear PVE Families,
A huge thank you to the Fifth Grade Committee for last week’s awesome Students vs. Staff & Parents Soccer Game at Deerfield Park. All proceeds went to support Alzheimers. Below are some pictures from this event.
Another huge thank you to our PTO for planning an amazing dance and the Dave & Buster’s event last weekend.
Last, thank you to Mrs. Barrette, Ms. Moretti, Mrs. Clapprood, and all of our staff for a fabulous Teaching & Learning Night. It was great to see so many families at the concert, in the Book Fair, in the hallways, and in classrooms.

Gently Used Book Donations
In memory of Colleen Halloran-Villandry’s niece, Emily, who passed away in 2014, her family will be holding their annual Book Drive. All books collected will be donated to Books Are Wings. 
Guided Hike At Wolf Preserve
Due to the forecast for heavy rain on Saturday, the Guided Hike of Wolf Hill has been rescheduled to Wednesday, April 16, from 2pm-4pm. If you cannot make the rescheduled date, please let me know so I can accommodate additional families.

Saturday, May 3rd- SSELAC Color Run at Deerfield Park 9am-noon & Grade 5 Pool Party 2:00-4:00 pm
Tuesday, May 6th-PTO meeting from 6:30-7:30pm in the cafeteria (door 2). Children are welcome to attend.
Wednesday, May 7th-RICAS Math Testing in grades, 3, 4, and 5. Hearing Screenings take place at PVES.
Thursday, May 8th-RICAS Math Testing in grades 3, 4, and 5. Spring Carnival/Volunteers Needed! 5:00-7:00 pm in the Staff Parking Lot
