Our Panda Pledge:
We are Kind, We are Safe, & We Work Hard!
November 7th, 2026
Dear Families,
Our Kindness Mailbox was full of students who were "caught being kind" recently. Congratulations to these students: Zara Z , Michael L, Zachary C, Mikey T, Camden R, and Lucas S
We are kind Pandas!
We are partnering with SHS on Operation Rhody which is a Veterans organization that gives gift bags to our American heroes. Students will be decorating white bags with a holiday theme. We also have students decorating bags for Plates with Purpose. Our 4th Grade Kindness Captains are helping with organizing both of these kindness projects.
The front circle will be closed to vehicles from 8:55-10:30 a.m. on Tuesday 11/10 for our Veterans Day Assembly. Please park in the chevron lot (across from the SHS field) if you are dropping or picking up your child during this time.
Thank you in advance!
There is No School on Wednesday, November 11th in honor of Veterans Day. There is No School on Thursday, November 12th for Staff Professional Day.

A Message From Mrs. Clapprood
It's the time of year when we begin our STEM Projects in library class! All students in grades K-5 will be completing these projects throughout the year. Therefore, we are in need of some recycled materials to start us off. We are in need of smaller sized boxes such as cereal, snack, tissue and shoe boxes or any boxes of that size, empty paper towel and toilet paper rolls, clean washed out plastic bottles and clean plastic fruit containers. We so appreciate your help with this and will put your donated items to good use!
Thank you~ Melissa Clapprood, Library/STEM Teacher
Hi-FIVE Fridays Are HERE At PVES! 👋
We are excited to share that the Girl’s Tennis and LaCrosse teams were at PVES for Hi-FIVE Fridays!! On Fridays the SHS students arrive just before school begins to welcome our students as they arrive at Door 1 and Door 4. This is building the sense of belonging and community here at PVES! Below are some pictures from today.
Attendance
Regular, on-time attendance helps your child get the most out of each school day. Please make sure your student arrives by 8:50 a.m. so they don’t miss important learning, special services, and classroom routines. When your child is well, we encourage them to be at school every day. We also strongly discourage taking students out of school for vacations during the school year. Thank you for your partnership in supporting your child’s learning and success!
