I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt appreciation for all the hard work our PTO does and their dedication to supporting our school community. Their efforts in organizing events, fundraising, and providing resources for students and staff truly make a positive impact. The time and energy that our PTO devotes to enhancing our school environment is invaluable. We are so fortunate to have such a committed group of individuals working to make a difference. Whether it's planning activities that bring our community together or finding ways to support teachers and students, your contributions do not go unnoticed. Thank you for everything you do. Your support and enthusiasm help make our school a better place for everyone. HAPPY NATIONAL SCHOOL PARENT GROUP DAY!

Thank you, Representative Gabe Amo for hosting a state wide symposium on Artificial Intelligence at the Smithfield Public Schools. Ava, a senior at SHS, was the student representative along with a panel of delegates including the Department of Education, Brown U professors, SHS teacher leaders & our district leadership. This symposium was hosted by Rep Amo & our Supt at SHS. Rep Amo is co-sponsoring legislation that will support partnerships between K-12 schools & higher education.
