Tuesday, Feb. 13, will be a Virtual Learning Day for Smithfield. Please follow school or teacher direction for virtual learning. The schools and district office buildings will be closed due to the intensity of the storm forecast. There will be no after school activities tomorrow.

Yawgoo has cancelled the fifth grade tubing park trip due to the lack of snow and warm temperautres. Payments will be returned to students today. Thank you.
The 100th day of school was celebrated today. See Mrs. Patnaude's & Mrs. Martinelli's "seniors." The teachers @SHS decided to take part.
Starting on Monday, February 5th we will utilize the entire circle for car rider (morning) drop off, in order to accommodate more vehicles while ensuring the safe arrival of students onto the sidewalk. This will help to alleviate the back up on Pleasant View Ave. Thank you for your cooperation!

There is a one-hour delay for today, Wednesday, January 17th due to weather conditions. All buses will operate under a one-hour delay. Students may be dropped off as early as 9:20am.

Due to weather conditions, there is a two-hour delay scheduled for today, January 16th. All buses will operate under a two-hour delay. If your child gets picked up for the bus for example at 8:20AM, today your child will be picked up at 10:20AM. All students attending the before school YMCA program, will need to drop their child off at the YMCA. The fifth grade field trip scheduled for today is cancelled. Students may be dropped off as early as 10:20AM . We look forward to welcoming your child/children at 10:50AM this morning.
